Let’s talk numbers and depending where you are, give or take a few hundred.
So this is the average daily lifespan of a person in the United States.
When you add a few hundred it doesn’t really make it seem that much more in the grand scheme of things.
Twenty-Seven Thousand, Three Hundred and Seventy-Five!!!! That is what we have if we are lucky, without taking into account sleep, work, school, etc..
Two Seven Three Seven Five
It’s not really that much when you think of it that way, so don’t waste it.....
Make memories every day.
Try to remember the moments for they are what can and will get us through a bad day.
We always remember the days where something tragic happens and how we felt at the time but imagine if we started to remember every day that we have, every moment that makes us feel good....
How many days do we waste worrying about insignificant things?
How many hours have we wasted on things or people that do not matter?
We spend so much of our time preoccupied with things that don’t really matter, people who don’t, doing jobs that we despise and holding grudges that are doing us no good.
We tend to only remember the days when something bad or significant happened.
Try to do something every day that pleases you, remember every morning that we wake is a new opportunity to seize the day, there are so many people who would love to be where you are right now, no matter what is going on in the world or in your life, do not let it dim your light, flip the switch.
